Write some Software for rasberry pi

hi there needing someone to build a small piece of software should not be very long at all max 1000 lines. It is a counting mechanism as an experiment to calculate the number a roulette spin will come up with. I think it should only take about a day max worth of coding and i was hoping i could find a coder in glasgow scotland that i can meet up with and go over the project with. I already have the hardware setup 2 switches and a rasberry pi. I also have some of the coding completed however my previous coder has had to stop the project due to personal circumstances.
