I am looking for a design for the adjustable dumbbell (FLYBIRD Adjustable Dumbbells), please see attached files.
Specs:
(1) Both the Dumbbell and its tray are required.
(2) Exact design for every part and the dial to change the weights as per attached photos and videos
(3) 5 sets of change.
(4) Material: Steel for the main parts and assume the suitable material for any other part.
Requirements:
(1) 3D model using Solidworks (The weights, the dial to change, the locking mechanism and the tray).
(2) Simulation by Turning Handle to change the weights. No need for sophisticated work here. Just right mates will do.
(3) Similar projects you have worked on to show is appreciated.
