Setup and document process for adding virtual hosts to Digital Ocean Ubuntu VPS

I have a Ubuntu 12.04 VPS on Digital Ocean, and you may know they offer 'bare bones' VPS. I have a few VPS's running now, one per website which is a little overkill, but now I want to simply put all those websites into a single VPS.
Ideally something like Virtualmin ([login to view URL]) or something else with a web GUI would make it easy for me to add more websites to this same VPS in the future. I'm open to suggestions, but it has to be easy and the less terminal or ssh involvement for me the better. Just as long as I can easily add more websites (domains) later. My domains are managed elsewhere and I am capable of updating the name servers there.
Ultimately my list is:
I need to be able to easily add more websites to the VPS.
I need to be able to add email accounts for each domain.
I need to be able to refer to an easy-to-understand guide for future reference.
I want to use a GUI as much as possible.
