My company is searching for a professional long term Telemarketer/Appointment Setter to schedule Energy Audits. The successful award will be to an individual or company.
We are an Overhead Reduction Specialist Group with more than 40 years experience in energy, water, wastewater, and automation.
Our approach to energy conservation and facility cost reduction is comprehensive. Our Energy Audit determines where every watt of electricity and BTU of gas is being consumed. We look at every facility without any preconceived notions.
As an energy solutions provider, we identify energy inefficiencies, then design and install custom projects, meeting client’s needs while reducing utility cost in facilities.
All our projects are self-funding, structured to cost nothing out-of pocket, creating positive cash flow from day one, guaranteed in writing.
We guarantee finding at least 15% saving per facility improvement measures applied or the audit will be free.
Call Objective
-Set up a face to face appointment with property/facility managers or owner to discuss our program in more detail. Schedule an audit.
-Collect contact information; name, address, telephone, fax, email, cell phone
-Project size; how many buildings, total square footage.
Qualifications
-Must have a minimum utility bill of 15,000. Per. month for all buildings.
Target Market
-Large square footage building, property/facility managers, property owners, government, state, cities, hotels, retail chains, hospitals, manufacturing.
Requirements
-Must provide 25 appointments a week, 100 a month with a property manager. Must be a valid appointment.
-Must provide all contact information and project size.
-Must speak American English without heavy accent
