I need to have a simple virtual enviroment under WINDOWS 10 with an avatar that will move arms according bluetooth commands .

I wiil provide protocol with all commands to rotate and move arms.

The freelancer can test software with a free serial terminal to emulate my electronics

This is a simple demo.
