Don't worry about the texture I just need it rigged for game engine with no control rig and a shape key face using a sheet of mouth phonemes like below should be fine eyelids and eyeball might be tricky.
ou can use any armature with fbx2011,
dont bid unless you can achieve the motions of the cinematic with the low poly model?
