Function to perform: centering of pallets, moving on a motorized roller conveyor (this conveyor is not part of this work)
Pallet dimensions: length: 1,20 up to 0,80 m;
Width: 0,80 m; Height: 0,90 m
The pallet moves longitudinally on the conveyor
Maximum pallet full weight: 600 kg
Available time for pallet centering cycle: 20 s
Width of the centering system: 1.40 m (open) and 0.70 m (closed)
Conveyor height: 0.35 m
Conveyor width: 1,20 m
The intention is to present a project in SolidWorks 2D and 3D with presentation of justifications, choice of solutions, materials and components used.
