Vbulletin 4.0.3 User Profile Script

I am looking to purchase a mod for my vbulletin 4.0.3.. What I need the mod to do is provide a custom layout of user profile page. The standard one only allows 1 column of blocks fown either left or right side of page. I would like to be able to fully customize the page as well as the ability for users to make changes as well. I am hoping for pages to have columns down left and right side for post bit legacy as well as all the other mods such as recent posts etc... So basically it is two side columns and the profile tabs in the middle. Fully customizable by each user, backgrounds as well! Kinda gonna look like a myspace profile type set up. Please let me know if you can help!
