Save video+audio stream from web to a local avi file

I need to have this video + audio stored as AVI or MP4 file from 19:35 to 29:02, in other words I want just 10 minutes out of all stream record, without ads of course.
Quality as good as possible, HD is preferable
P.S. There is also 20..99 seconds of advertisement in front of video and sometimes ads are in the middle.
