I am looking for an experienced IT telecom specialist to help me set up a business contact phone with call recording capabilities, where one Indian number would need to be alllowed to access by other team members on the shift basis for call answering and on whatsapp. All the calls and whatsapp conversations from one person attended should be made visible and accessible by the following team members who takes up after the first person shift of to the other parallel person who is also in the same shift. The ideal candidate should have expertise in the following areas:
- Phone system setup
- Call recording
- Integration of existing infrastructure with the new system, specifically integrating my mobile connection
