Repair a bug in Plesk Onyx DNS routing

I have one dedicated server with a configuration that works :
[url removed, login to view] > NS records to [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] > IP to the server > DNS zone managed under Plesk and website working
I tried to move this to a VPS Cloud sever (also on Plesk), and it's not working.
I use two other domains to try to reproduce the issue and it's still not working.
What I need is pretty simple : make it work on my "testing" domains and explain me why it did not worked and what changes had to be made. That way I can transfer the other domain from the dedicated server.
