assistant

I am looking for an assistant I have a small estate agency in ireland i want a person to support the running of my office that is handle incoming calls via skype. make appointment for people wishing to see property ( no cold calling or selling) Handle emails coming in as well and make appointments for them as well do some paper work for me like invoicing and typing of inventories from audio tapes.

We will pay a fixed salary and a percentage bonus on all new income

This is a long term project and the payment will be a monthly salary

There is little to do at first but it wil get busyier and i will need the person to be always available to take calls in a professional maner
