15 PR5 Links Needed ASAP

We need 15 PR5 and above one way links to my site. This means the actual page the links are on must be PR5+, not just the homepage of the site. No links on pages or sites where my link already exists.
Must be football/soccer related websites.
**Absolutely No Link Farms or directory submissions,
All links must be from relevant content football/soccer sites.
1. Only links from relevant sites will be accepted (Football,soccer, Sports, Fan Sites, )
2. Links must be permanent one way static html links with the anchor text of our choosing with no rel=nofollow links in the code.
3. The link page indexed with PR4 or higher by Google, no redirects, javascript links, hidden links, or other unethical tactics.
4. Link page must be search engine friendly. (static page) ie no redirects, cloaking, etc. Page must not be dis-allowed by [url removed, login to view]
5. Links from guestbooks, FFA, forums etc. are not acceptable.
6. The linking page must have no more than 30 outbound links.
7. One link per domain, all from different IP addresses.
8. English language web sites only.
9. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted.
10. I reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.
11. One way non-reciprocal links.
12. No link exchanges.
13. No Articles.
14. No Directory submissions.
Payment will be made upon my receipt of a listing of the active links with URL, PR and IP address.
Conditions :
My link MUST be on a PR5+ PAGE this means the actual page the links are on must be PR5+, not just the homepage of the site.
Maximum of 40 outgoing links per page. Pages containing more than 80 total links, inbound + outbound combined, will be rejected.
Page links are on and must be cached in Google within the past 60 days.
Staggered deployment of the links is required to avoid any penalties.
No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics. All links must be permanent and only direct static links will be approved. No Javascript, cgi, or other redirect scripts.
Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, within frames etc. Page must not be excluded by [url removed, login to view] and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag.
No (FFA, guest books, links within forums, links within newsgroups or links farms, Links from link exchanges etc. and never participate in any commercial web rings or link exchange programs, from bad neighbourhoods (porn or other offensive websites) and no more than 30 outbound links on each web page (where link is placed).

We will only accept quality links and reserve the right to cancel any link if not found to be suitable.
