We are looking for someone to create 30 one-way (non-reciprocal) themed links for our online shop website.
Our requirements:
1. All links must be permanent, free, and have a recent Google cache.
2. Home improvement and real estate relates links are preferable.
3. All links must be manually submitted
4. PR 2 (15 links), PR 3 (10 links) or higher(5 links).
5. Links must be manually submitted – not from link farms, link exchanges, or directories.
6. Links must be static- no redirects, scraper or mirror sites, cloaking, JavaScript links, Flash sites/pages or anything banned by Google.
7. No spam or framed sites
8. Link page should be only from English language sites
9. Links must be clearly visible to visitors on the site and should not have any restrictions such as rel=”nofollow.”
10. Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses
11. No Black Hat SEO.
12. No more than 40 outbound links on each web pab page where link is placed.

[url removed, login to view] give bi-weekly reports on project status (6 weeks- 3 reports) 10 links per report (I.E. We don’t want all the links at once to set off a link building flag with Google)

The Don't Do These Rules
1. No more than 40 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed
2. No link Farms, FFA's, malware, guest books, web rings,paid sites, gambling, porn or dating sites
3. No scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, pop ups, intrusive advertising, etc.
4. The pages should not be excluded by [url removed, login to view] and the anchor text must not contain the "rel=nofollow" tag.
5. No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable.
6. No redirects, JavaScript links,Flash sites/pages
7. No banned Sites, or black-hat tactics please
8. No blacklisted or Spam sites
9. No dynamically generated links
10. No automated submissions, (all links must be manually submitted)
11. Do not get all the links at once, they must be spread out over 6 weeks.
