18813 HTML Email Design

Hi, we have a PDF File with Graphics and Text that we want to send out to our customer base as a HTML EMAIL. We need someone to design this as a HTML EMAIL, so that we can Copy and paste the codes into "Outlook Express" and our receipients can receive as a HTML EMAIL (with the design graphics and text in the right places).
