52394 PDF/MSDoc to clean HTML - Rush

HI, I have 20 PDFs and the FILES that were converted from the original MSPublisher DOCs to HTML. BUt due to MS method of conversion they are very bloated and wont work for the purpose I need them. ~~I need them reproduced in Clean HTML code. ~~I want them with no head or body tags - HTML will be stored in DB for content ~~They must be as close to exact as possible. ~~You can use css, but there must be no MS type code etc. ~Each has 1 or more images. Some elements may need to be converted to an image. This is OK if images are in a specific folder for each page or a general folder if no image names repeat. I will post an example in the Message Board if I can. I am in a rush and want a reasonable Bid. I can probably do this myself but need to concentrate on other code I am writing. Thank you
