CSS, HTML project. No cpanel, ftp, or database access

Develop/Design widgets through CMS[ HTML/CSS ]NO FTP!

Hello,

I have 5 alike websites, each with its own pre-built graphical CMS for editing.

You WILL NOT have full html access, ftp, cpanel or database access to these websites. Instead you will be provided a login to the back-office CMS as well as instructional help to execute the design/development goals. But once you are creating widgets within the CMS your will only be provided HTML and CSS code to develop [url removed, login to view] is no possibilty to use PHP on this project.

I am looking for a hard working patient professional with experience in CSS, HTML, eCommerce, and of course CMS. I need the following tasks performed.

[url removed, login to view] a "Shop By brand" widget with an independent scroll bar.

[url removed, login to view] a payment method logo widget that will have logo images of all the payment methods I accept

[url removed, login to view] code validation for CSS/HTML

4. Add a graphical scrolling "brands" banner for some of the brand names i offer in my store.

Once the code has been applied through one CMS, the same HTML/CSS code can be "pasted/applied" to all over sites/stores backoffice since they should all be very similar in look/design and functionality. YOU CAN NOT TEST THIS PROJECT ON YOUR OWN SERVER AND THEN APPLY IT TO MY DOMAIN. It must all be done through my CMS. Also I would be available to help the freelancer in any way necessary as he finishes the project. I pay as agreed and promptly. Please check my employer feedback. thanks.
