customize skin for website

we have an ticket sales website module for which the look and feel is customizable per customer by changing some jpgs and some css files.
We need 2 new 'look and feels' for the site.
One should look like [url removed, login to view]
The other should look like [url removed, login to view]
Please take a look at exampleskins.doc. This contains some examples of other look&feels that were created before.
Please look at the attached zip file for the files.
You will find page1 - [url removed, login to view]: these are example pages that can be used to see how the look and feel looks.
The files to be edited are under skins/cactusmusic
under img, you find the images
user css, you find the stylesheets that can be edited
This should be a small job for a skilled graphic designer.
If the work is good, more skins (and other work) can follow in the future.
The work is very urgent, we need the look&feels asap.
