Minor changes to website to give a web 2.0 look

We would like to give our web site's appearance just a little bit more, "Web 2.0", style.
We would also need a new logo for this website as well as some new added features. ( 4 new frames )
WE would like you to take our web site and make 6-7 different versions with those changes.
The website is very good as it is now so we are not looking for someone who redesign the whole page.
We will pay trough escrow when the job is finished
