CSS Changes and Logo change in Joomla template

We want the template to look like the attached picture "design_what_we_want.jpg" but with the following changes as well:
TEMPLATE CHANGES:
1. Apply shadows around modules in the left side.
2. Apply shadows around the main content area.
3. Change the content headline font to font Olsen.
4. Change the module headline font to font Olsen.
5. Change the menu font to font Olsen.
6. Increase the size of the font in Main Menu.
7. Make the search box with rounded corners.
8. Make the rounded corners even in all of the template.
9. Change to background color to ff0000.
10. Change the content headline color to ff0000.
LOGO CHANGES:
11. Change the background color to ff0000.
12. Remove the white edge around text in the logo "Margarin Fabrikkin" and apply a discrete shadow to the text instead.
13. Make the "splash" in the left side in the logo black and the "M" inside the splash white.
14. Remove the edge around the splash and apply a discrete shadow instead.
Please make sure to clarify any uncertainties before embarking on this project. It must be finished in two days.
