I am looking for a web developer with very good HTML and CSS knowledge to convert a given PSD to HTML & CSS.
The sliced layout needs to be 100% expandable in height.
It has a slider that needs to expand on the whole page (background-size should be used or any other technique).
I am looking to spend $50 on this.
