I just changed my company logo and need my whole website redesigned.

The theme for the estee lauder website is NAVY and GOLD..and white background. I like my website to be PURPLE and GOLD and white background.
*need search box located just like the one on the website
*shopping bag, checkout, and signin located just like the estee lauder website
*fix my checkout cart.. upload file.. shows what my shopping cart problem is.. there is 4 option for shipping and i need to change it to 3 option... standard shipping.. priority.. and express.
*other minor changes or tweaks to the website during web design if needed.
i also attach photos of my new logo so you can get examples of the theme colors.
more details will be given once job is accepted.
I am on a budget.. so lowest bid w/experience will win the project.
