AWS cloudfront setup/Build duplicate instance/Performance improvement

I need to get a duplicate instance created for my website - [url removed, login to view](prestashop) and setup AWS cloudfront and use edge locations in India.
My website is currently hosted in AWS free tier and singapore region however it is quite slow and performance improvement is the task.
