Need a website to post articles from a database including a picture. Visitors can click the image to see the full article. They can also leave comments or register as a website member. Admin can add articles through website and also can post ads on website. Requirements are as follows:
- Attached is a sample layout of the home page and a detail page. (The detail page is just the content area - a screen shot from another website that had a nice layout for a news article)
- Solution must be written using C#.Net and JQuery (if needed)
- Database back-end will be MySQL
- Website must run on our server properly. Early testing of prototype to determine compatibility.
- 3rd party tools may be introduced, but must be discussed in advance and agreed upon in advance. Prefer to reduce the need for 3rd party tools.
- Project will be broken into phases and payments can be released per completed phase.
- ALL SOURCE CODE MUST BE PROVIDE PRIOR TO APPROVAL/PAYMENT
