Convert a Template to a Website

Website development project: Static website with horizontal sliding of images.
1) Take my photoshop design and convert to purchased HTML template.
2) Theme to base the framework - [login to view URL]
3) See PDF for design reference.
First black screen to fade after 3 seconds into white screen and then into the first gallery page.
Images to slide from right to left as per animation in the theme. Upon mouse click of the arros. (Not auto slide)
4) Mobile - mobile design should be as per theme - images to scroll vertical. See .jpg image for mobile view.
6) Image and logo assets provided upon winning the job.
