With locations in Germany (BIT GmbH) and Lithuania (UAB TeamWorX LT), we adopt a holistic approach to product management. Our primary focus lies in B2C and B2B sales through platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and our own online store. We collaborate closely with renowned manufacturers like Razer, TP-Link, and Rapoo.
**Project Objective:**
To create an appealing OnePage website showcasing our enterprise, direct clients, product flows, refurbishment processes, and emphasizing our sustainability initiatives.
**Website Content:**
1. **Introduction of the Enterprise:**
- Procurement and Distribution (Europe, Germany)
- Customer Care (Europe, Germany)
- Product Refurbishment (Europe, Lithuania)
2. **Direct Clients:**
- Razer Europe
- TP-Link Europe
- Rapoo Germany
- AVM Germany
3. **Illustration of Product Flows:**
- From manufacturer to distributor to end customer and back to the distributor
- From distributor to Lithuanian product refurbishment facility
- From refurbishment back to the manufacturer or into distribution
- Various distribution channels (B2B, B2C via eBay, Amazon, Webshop)

1. Returns notification from the supplier to us, directly from the distributor.
2. Delivery of the goods to UAB TeamWorX LT.
3. Receipt and inspection of the goods.
4. Reporting of target quantities to the supplier.
5. Import of the delivery into our Goodsflow software.
6. Inspection of the goods.
7. Saleable goods delivered to the distribution warehouse.
8. Collection of defective goods for later disposal.
9. Receipt of disposal documents and notification to the manufacturer.
