I need to qickly migrate [url removed, login to view] to WordPress/WooCommerce platform.

- Save offline copy of [url removed, login to view] using WinHTTrack or other software, we need to preserve all texts, images, videos - !!!!!THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE BEFORE [url removed, login to view]!!!!!

- Preserve all website content and functionality
- Use Parallax theme if possible which I have (please see [url removed, login to view]) - If you suggest better or more suitable theme, I'll be glad, but you'd have to provide it for free, my budget is limited for this project at this stage.
- Also install Multi Language + Multi Currency modules (I will give you paid versions)
- Payment gateways Paypal + Braintree
- Users must be able to quickly and easily register to our website using their existing accounts on Facebook, Google+, Twitter, ... etc., without them needed to fill in their details, these must be taken from social network account (I'm not sure if I do have module for this, you must provide it in case I really don't have it already)
