Migrate website to static site framework and headless CMS

I’m looking for a (web) developer to migrate my website www(.)monero(.)how (called the website from now on) to a static site generator (SSG) with headless CMS.
#How the website works now?
The website is right now a static site using the old apache velocity template system. The site gets built in a VPS and the produced html files get published in a separate webserver.
Small Java programs run in the VPS which gathers the data using external APIs and then load simple Json files to the webserver. JavaScripts update the data displayed on the website from the available Json files by using the visitors’ web browsers.
It is an effective and simple setup. But because of the outdated templating system and the lack of CMS updating, it is a pain.
#What is needed?
1. Migrate the website to an SSG with headless CMS. I will provide a VPS with Ubuntu, Fedora, or Centos. Recommended options are welcomed.
2. Preferred SSG is Gatsby but feel free to recommend alternative in your offer. The latest official version of the SSG to be used.
3. Preferred Headless CMS is Ghost but feel free to recommend alternatives in your offer. The latest official version of the Headless CMS to be used.
4. The resulting website must be responsive and work properly cross-browser and cross-device e.g. PCs, Tablets, Mobiles.
5. Home page grid design or any other grid page e.g. www(.)monero(.)how/monero-news or www(.)monero(.)how/monero-stock-images must be kept but the content of each grip card should be easily managed using the Headless CMS i.e. a content type.
6. The resulting theme must be a template easy to update in the future. Use of headers and footers required.
7. Similar as now the website should have three main components all which should be responsive:
- Grid pages or components e.g. home page, www(.)monero(.)how/monero-news or www(.)monero(.)how/monero-stock-images
- Full width page e.g. www(.)monero(.)how/monero-news or www(.)monero(.)how/monero-stock-images or www(.)monero(.)how/monero-chart
- Side bar pages or blog pages e.g. all tutorial pages at www(.)monero(.)how/monero-how-tutorials
8. Same ads location with easy handling via the CMS and templating.
9. Headless CMS must run in the provided VPS.
10. Gatsby can run locally in the provided VPS or built in a separate CICD service. Recommendations are welcomed.
11. Template and CMS files e.g. GraphQL or Markdown, should be stored in Github repository for easy versioning.
12. Gatsby builds should be triggered automatically when Github repository is updated.
13. Built static site needs to be deployed to Webhosting which will be provided.
14. Document the whole process so that it can be replicated if needed.
#What is not needed?
1. When possible, I do not need a redesign but only a one to one migration. If needing to change something in the design then need to advise beforehand and explain reason and show sketch.
2. No need to work on Java programs updating the Json files that are deployed to the Webhosting. The Json files will be deployed and made available in the Webhosting for the use of the migrated website.
3. Creating new Javascripts to update the website with the data in the Json files is not needed. Should use the already available Javascripts.
4. All current images will be provided.
