I require a wordpress developer to work on my site education site, based in the UK on 2 current requirements, however I am looking for a partner over time rather than ad hoc jobs.
The requirements are as follows:
1. Amend payment pages to new design
I need to change my current payment pages that use the Magicmembers wordpress plugin and Paypal. The changes required are design only as the functionality is currently fine. Pages must be responsive, with ‘pay online’ loading first on mobile. I have attached the changes required, from the old design to the new design. This will need to be CSS /PHP / HTML and amended in current theme.
i have already coded the design in test environment, but i need code to be cleaned up and the design to be made responsive, tested and implemented across 5 pages
2. Site speed improvements
We can not use a caching engine such as Smush / hummingbird as this causes issues with login
My site is currently slow, i need to 24/100 for mobile, 59/100 for desktop

Requirement
Increase site speed using Google page speed insights as verification to over 80/100 on mobile and on desktop. Where possible this will be achieved via cleaning code, lazy loading of images, rationalising plugins, improving theme and not using plugins which have previously caused issues with logging in for users etc. Please do not submit a quote if you are only looking to use plugin
