We are looking for an honest, efficient and competent programmer or web designer. The current project is just a part of a bigger one that will come soon. So, we are hoping to find someone whom we can work with on an ongoing basis. Right now, the project is for setting up a rating website, much like [url removed, login to view], and the database, if necessary. Besides rating and managing their accounts, users will also be able to conduct search based on the rating criteria. We will provide the rating criteria later. It doesn’t have a forum at this point.

3. Full testing will be done on live system before final sign-off.
5. Provide complete documentation.
6. We will hold full copyright of code.
7. Published to search engines and show up high in Google.
8. Code will not be re-sold or copied.
