Refine an existing Marketing / Website Content to focus on key areas of business

I am looking for someone who can review existing Landing Pages, identify if we have enough content already written to begin a marketing strategy, and finally help create the sales funnel (possibly new landing page) to attract new clients.
This is an existing, established business. Have never done any marketing - this will be the first time I've had someone help with the marketing / marketing strategy.
This is what I already do today:
- I build ecommerce websites (magento),
- I help people re-platform from shopify or woocommerce to magento
- I build static HTML sites
- I build custom modules (integrations) for magento
- I do web hosting for all of the above.
I am looking for some help to do this:
1) Review my existing landing pages - is there plenty of content here to attract new clients?
2) Review my existing landing pages for design - is there any elements that should be improved?
3) Help write a marketing plan for how to attract new clients. What is needed?
