We have an urgent requirement for a designer to design a front page and inner page template in PSD format (we will convert to Joomla ourselves).
The site is for a renewable energy company.
The current site link will be given in PMB message to those showing design flair in their portfolio.
We are prepared to pay upto $60 for a fast but excellent job.
We do not have any preferences at present so do not ask for links of sites we like the look of, we need a very professional design which will appeal to consumers and businesses alike.
