Delphi Cryptography Project

**I am not paying for you to apply my Source into something I am paying you to 100% write this Application and hand me the Final Executable and a copy of the source.** Hash's, the program and source will all be checked to make sure it is in fact 100% completed and infact the same program and source code.

I am here listing this Job because I need a small program called a "Crypter" Written and Established for me. This will be used for Virus's to test my Companies Custom Anti-Virus which we've created to detect Crypted files unlike other AV's. Do not ask me why they want such a thing, but they want it. I need this Application to be done in **100% Delphi**, with **NO Dependencies such as .Net** or any other's. **I want it to be able to run on Win7/Vista, x86 & x64. It need's to have the following properties:

-NO .Net dependencies

-Completely FUD (Stands for Fully Un-Detectable, So we can test our Custom AV properly to make sure it alert's and catches these kind of files)

-Sleek GUI

-File Binder

-Icon Changer

-Custom Ecryption Mutex for every File. (IE; No file that is crypted will have the same hash or definition)

I have provided a Picture of a crypter i've seen used by another company for testing, with what I would like the general GUI to look like and the Function's I'd like it to have.**
