Windows XP Dumpfile_ Solve my Problem(Revised)

Ok,

I have recently started having issues with XP rebooting at random times, not good for someone who is in the middle of a projects. I have started using another machine until I can take the time to get this issue diagnosed.

I have attached both recent dump files in hopes that someone can identify my problem and help me solve my issue quickly. I am sure the problem is driver related and someone who consistanly works with windows should be able to indentify the source of my problem.

I will not respond to generic cut and paste bids, I will be looking for you to place the code 007x50 in your private messages or postings. This will confirm that you have actually read my post and you are truly responding. I will max this project out at 10.00 and excellent feedback if you can solve my problems~ ;-)
