change image on wordpress cant figure out where or how

I am trying to change an image on wordpress and also figure out how to add new ones to the slider but I can not figure it out and need some help also I need some help changing a few other minor things on the site like some text in a few places... i need someone who can assist me now and get this done tonight im running out of time on this project the last 2 people have been flakes and not finished or even started a job for this so I hope only serious professionals will bid I NO LONGER HAVE TIME TO WASTE OR PLAY GAMES!
