Customise parts of my Wordpress theme

I'm looking for someone with good Wordpress and CSS knowledge to help me customise some of the elements of the theme I'm using on my website.
My site is a Directory Site.
Previously, I've worked with themes and customised or built sites using Elementor which I'm proficient with but this theme has some elements that aren't very compatible with Elementor.
The work I'm looking to get done;
1) Set up a page template that works with the current theme that I can copy and use when I need to to create pages using Elementor.
2) Set up my WooCommerce with the 3 listing price options for the directory. The theme already comes with WooCommerce within it, it just needs setting up and making sure it is set up to appear correctly on the front end when people click to add a listing.
3) Set up a Lottery game through WooCommerce to be shown on the front end(doesn't currently exist on the theme). I've already purchased the Lottery Plugin.
4) Help me to understand how the theme's colour scheme is set up so that I can customise that. There is a colour scheme set up but again, I'm used to adjusting any colour I want through Elementor.
I'm open to awarding the project to new freelancers on this site to help build up reviews if you can demonstrate you have the knowledge and skills required for the job.
I will award the project as soon as I find a suitable freelancer.
