need programmer to dev. podcast pais suscription service

We are looking to develop a site to offer podcasts on a paid-subscription basis from a number of content providers. We need a programmer who can work with a web designer who will work on the graphical front end in creating the back and to handle the infrastructure for the service, providing the membership database and serving the content to active members.
