The final goal of this project was : - Synchronise local data base with mysql server web on the web - generate this app as a service in order to start with the computer - Notify when there is a new (SMSoutqueue) So to do that, we : - wrote code php, - created an app desktop windows (with windev) - created an app service windows ( with windev) - tested all
