Professional Service model Project Outsourcing: We are constantly seeking busness partners who are interested in reducing their project and operational cost by outsourcing their application development and maitenance tasks. We can work on fixed price or time and material contracts. Staff outsourcing: We have a strong pool of programmers to support your offshore software development. Given our skills and experience we strive to deliver high quality product for our customers utilizing the latest industry standards, patterns and practices at competitive cost. Our customers can hire one or a team of programmers on hourly or monthly basis. Development Methodology: We follow iterative Agile development cycles to provide quick turnaround, cost effective and quality software solutions. Working with our customers, we will first divide and pioritize the project into small peices and independent modules. Each piece of work will then form a unit of deliverable to QA. We follow [Analysis] -->[Design] -->[Code] -->[Unit test] -->[Code analysis and Review] cycle to deliver each unit of work iteratively to QA. Once an independent module is delivered to QA, we perform QA testing. Upon successful signoff from QA, the module will be packaged for customer acceptance testing and piloted for production. Based on our agreement with customers, we are flexible to adapt to any other methodology that would best suit our Customers.
