“Dark lead clouds froze above the valley. Not a single moonbeam, a light in a far nor a sound of animals or anything living. Complete darkness and silence. A man was walking across the dead and grey lands. He didn’t leave any footprints on the harsh dry soil. He walked slowly with caution peering into the thick fog in front of him. It was quite visible as if something was lightening it up from inside. But the only thing he heard was the pebbles cracking under his heavy boots with metal trimming all over the boots’ nose. He dropped his look onto the ground and tried to see any sign of a path. Yet, there was darkness as if the night starless sky was spilled and hid his feet. But when he looked back up, he saw no fog ahead. The man stopped immediately, looked around and then turned around. The wall of fog was right in front of him. Close. So close that he could feel the wetness in the air. The next moment, something grabbed and pulled him inside. Silently, swiftly and aggressively.”
