  Till now there are 17 entries, 2 entries are not valid as it's not the earphone design, 3 entries are rated 4 stars, 2 entries are rated 3 stars. I am waiting for a 5 stars entry or I will choose one 4 stars entry as the winner.
  
  I will discuss with my team for the other entries and I may buy some for the copyright.

  "We are the OEM/ODM service provider as well, please note if you provide your design to us, even we do not choose you to be the winner, we still have the right to use your design to show to our customers by email, brochure, post, and would be shown in the fair we will participate, and will contact you for buying your copyright if our customer would like to use your design . If you do not want us to show your design in the above mentioned ways, please mention it when you upload your design."
  
  In fact, you don't owe our designs if not taken as winner. You can buy more then one design. As the contest isn't #guaranteed, and https://www.freelancer.com/u/sebasmarcos has uploaded a design, whitch for sure is great, I don't believe in getting paid for this.

     haha thanks for the compliment Frederik.. but they are not even rating the entries and still not guaranteeing, so I've lost all interest...
     Trust should work both ways.
     We have 2 contest from China with similar price... both are not guaranteed.
     I lived and work 1 year in China.. and they have always trusted foreign designers.
     Not happening here...

  Thanks for your advice, so many people is talking to set as "Guaranteed", but I have another "Guaranteed" contest in another website, the designs are poor but I still have to award the poor designs, that's why I do not set here. Anyway I will discuss and see we should update it or not. Thanks again!

     The case in another website is closed and paid already, even no one design we like, after that we found Freelencer should be a better one and set up the project here, but due to the bad experience of last case, the managing class still discuss we should change to guaranteed contest or not, and is thinking of not going for a contest but setting as a normal project to find some designers to work project by project, we need 5 models, 2 trye wireless one (TWS) and 3 bluetooth sport earbud.
     
     If we like the design sure we will award the prize, and we should discuss with the winner some more for mechanical design, we are strong in ME EE FW but ID is weak.
