I am looking for design ideas for a medium size coworking space (11 to 30 people). My ideal layout would include private offices, as well as a lounge area. This area should be comfortable and inviting to foster collaboration and networking among members. I’d also like the layout to include meeting room options (Pods maybe) and I want to have the Office 1 will be in the top corner that will measure 6.5mx4m.

The kitchen area will go in the "Martials arts area" from the map.

I want to follow wework designs of getting the most spaces possible with this design so open to suggestions around private office layouts.

Do not move the toilets and the sauna/ice bath area - this can't be moved.

I currently plan to have 1.4 or 1.2m desks in the space in private offices so the current offices are:

Office 1 - Exec Office - 6.5mx4m
Office 2 - 6 Per office - 4m x 3m
Office 3 - 6 Per office - 4m x 3m
Office 4 - 6 Per office - 4m x 3m

The sofa area & private desks can be moved as per based on your feedback BUT I want to be able to get more desks in and I"m open to smaller private office designs too.

  Yes the main entrance was on the left side located 4 meters from the top left corner.
  
  It's 4 private offices in total BUT no I'm open to ideas around how to get more offices but STILL keep the openeness of the space.
