I need two simple GIFs for a mobile app I'm creating. The app is to help recreational free divers "dry" training their breath holds and practising relaxation in between (basically, training their CO2 and O2 tables).

The two GIFs need should show:
1. The breath hold phase. Show the person lying down on their back, arms down by their sides, breathing out fairly forcefully before inhaling fully and holding their breath.
2. The relaxation/breathing phase. Show the person lying in the same position, finishing their breath hold by breathing out then in, then taking a few controlled breaths.

Features:
1. I'd like the GIFs to end by fading out.
2. They should last between 2-3 secs each.
3. Don't make it too cartoony, but still make it clear when the person is inhaling (e.g. rib cage expanding, lips parting) and exhaling forcefully (rib cage depressing, lips pursing).
