Need an original, trademarkable logo for newly launching brand of vitamin supplements named "Well by Nature".

Looking for a "Badge" format, framed in a rectangle or oval, with graphic logo plus wording. No stock art please, more original designs will stand a better chance of being chosen.

DELIVERABLES: Please submit design proofs for our consideration in ALL four (4) view formats below:
1) Primary View:- Logo design on white or dark color background (flat colors, no gradients)
2) Supporting Views:- Rendering of logo as labeled on a sample white vitamin bottle AND dark amber vitamin bottle, side by side.
3) Supporting Views:- Rendering of logo as shown on a product box packaging (sized for the bottle).
4) Supporting Views:- Rendering of logo on mockup examples of promotional retail store displays, such as shelf placards, standing posters or other signage as your creativity provides. No need to be exhaustive, just some samples for us to consider the concept of your design across different mediums.

Final deliverables will require you to submit the above in separate files and you may be asked for separate typography versions, different colors or black/white as necessary to satisfy our requirements.

Style directions: Frame your design in a “badge” format. Square/rectangle or oval badge preferred. Add the “TM” designation to denote trademark.

Color Scheme: Shades of blue, green, silver, grey, or white.

Lettering:
- The word “Well” must stand out differently than the “by Nature” portion, by way of font choice, colors or both.
- “Well” must be in SOLID regular font, and “by Nature” could be in CURSIVE.
- One suggestion is to choose wording colors in two complementary shades, such as the attached file example "Shades of Blue.tiff" (darker color “Well” and lighter color “by Nature”). Color scheme is also preferred to use the blue/green range as attached "BlueberryColorPalette.tiff".

Other Notes: Make the logo graphic look lively, suggestive of fruitful bounty. Please encase the graphic is a frame with square, circle or leaf shape, etc. Should look like a "badge" rather than free floating.

Logo in general needs to render well across multiple mediums, including product packaging boxes, bottle labels, print, online media as well as business cards, brochures, etc.

Specifications:
Logo Format: Scalable 100% vector graphic in Adobe Illustrator (.AI) files saved in highest quality at least 300ppi or above. No raster formats will be accepted. In case of wording changes later, all typography must be editable within the AI file, not embedded.
Rendering Format: .3DS or .MAX files only. No other formats will be accepted.
Colors: All colors must be vivid in CMYK format and ready-to-print. RGB is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
Fonts: All fonts used must be identified and included in the set of final handover files.
Layers: Please submit a reusable file, do not flatten, label layers accordingly, no embedded fonts, etc.

***IMPORTANT: Needs to be original logo so that it can be trademarked in multiple countries. Cannot contain stock art, any found violations will be reported and rejected immediately.
