I am developing a new business which carries out servicing and maintenance on overhead cranes, vehicle hoist and other lifting equipment.
I need some designs made up for my service / inspection books.
I have templates from other companies which i will upload and would like the same made up with a few alterations, for example my logo will need to be placed on design with all my details. i am also welcoming any alterations to make them look more professional which may be the design i choose.

My personal details will be required in the top right hand corner of each design in the format below
