A customer is intending to build a new villa and he needs a new and a fascinating architecture design for it.
- Total area of project’s land is 813 square meters
- Required buildings:
1- The main building (Villa):
• Area = 157 square meters.
• Three floors:
a) Ground floor consists of:
 Men Council with its own toilet
 Female guest area.
 Café (Bar with chairs to serve coffee and hot drinks).
 Reception.
 Stairs.
 Elevator.
 Toilets.
b) First floor consists of:
 Master bedroom (Bedroom + Dressing room + Living + Toilet).
 Two bedrooms (each with its own toilet).
 Two rooms with one toilet. (As a suite).
c) Second floor consists of:
 House maid room with toilet.
 Laundry room.
 Storage area.
 Roof.
• Attached the DWG file for the layout.
• Attached some pics for an existing villa like what our customer want the design to be somehow like it but not the same.

2- Hospitality building:
• Area = 94 square meters.
• One floor only, consists of:
a) Men council.
b) Reception.
c) Café (Bar with chairs to serve coffee and hot drinks).
d) Arabian Dining room. (Attached pics to explain its style)
e) Arabian council with fireplace. (Attached pics to explain its style)
f) Toilets.
3- External kitchen:
• Area = 36 square meters.

The required design:
1- Architectural design for the three buildings (2D plans “PDF & DWG”).
2- Façade design for the three buildings and the fence. ( 3D Model & AutoCAD).
3- Landscaping.
4- For The existing building: It's a tent which the costumer use it as a hospitality, So I need its facade ti match the new design.

1- About the interiors areas in the ground floor do the client prefer to be closed by doors or treated as a continuous open space just with different furniture for every zone.

1- I understand that we have 2 buildings for Hospitality with almost same function (men council) ... Is that right ?
2- Is the central area "garden & corridor area" not for cars ?
3- I read that the garage is at the new hospitality bldg basement ....Where is the garage entrance at the basement ? ... Is there's a ramp to be provided ?
4- At the attached dwg file the 2 hospitality building are directly attached to the fence edges, Are the outer edges of the hospitality building to be treated as a fence and a building at the same time Or there's a distance 'corridor' to be considered between the fence and the 2 hos. bldgs ?
5- At the attached dwg... Can we slightly change the buildings outline "maintain the agreed zoning as it is" in order to emphasize the architectural relation between the buildings and to serve our design concept ?

  Sir, thanks for your clarification but for number 1, I mean the EXISTING tent building which used for hospitality and the NEW hospitality building not the main residential family building .... These two buildings " existing & new" have same function?

  Sorry for misunderstanding, But it still not the same function for both of them.
  The new hospitality building is for formal usage. In the existing building it's using as a living room for the owner and his friends more than a hospitality usage
