Hello, i need car reservation system

Requirements :
* MVC framework
* php mysql apache compatible
* nice admin UI dasboard

Car/asset reservation funcionality
* User roles : admin, subadmin, end user
* 2 FA google auth
* forgot password
* register user function
* disable user function
* adding assets/vehicles to inventory with additional fields, like brand, color etc..

Flow :
* User registers or admin creates user account
* user gets notified confirms email then login is possible
* admin enters all assets /vehicles
* admin can assign a vehicle to user and user gets notified
* admin sets date, hour etc .. time of rental
* if user wants to rent a vehicle, selects vehicle, then subadmin or admin confirms rental.
all cars rented or free must be visible in timeline by admin and user
* reports, filtering and search for detailed reports
* posibillity to add reminders on asset/vehicle rent
