I’m looking for a fantasy character design. He is a comical, pot-bellied male fairy creature with facial hair. Think New York mafia type but in a cute tutu outfit. His utility belt carries his magic wand and fairy dust. He has the wings and glow and the height and the outfit you would expect a fairy to have but the rest of him doesn’t quite fit in.
