We need installation and support for IPTV solution for approximately 5000 clients. We have Stalker Portal 5.1.1, and Wowza servers already installed. We need configuration and scripting for IPTV with OTT and VoD(with 3 optons: , pay per view, pay per month), PVR and nPVR, Time Shifting, adoptive bitrate streaming, TV arhive, Commercial adds from local storage and from Web source, multiple account for one users, and integration of third party apk and emulators for android and IoS, load balancing, multicast and unicast streaming...etc. We need fully working solution. Any further software and licenses like XtreamCodes, Flussonic, Nimble server...etc are possible, We are open for suggestions.
