Hi, I would like a personal Assistant to help manage a small Australian Outsourced payroll business. The business has been in maintain mode and is about to be ramped up in volume. The hours will start at 4 per week and it's expected they will increase to 25 hours per week within a 12 month period. The payroll program is 'Payroll Premier' by Quicken. You will be reporting directly to the business owner and we will hold weekly meetings via webex. The data is served in a cloud based

The Role & Duties include;

Client liaison

Entire Payroll function from data entry through to reporting

Client reporting weekly, monthly and annually

Liaison with client employee enquiries

Termination pays

Ensure prompt maintenance of employee records

Competencies Required;

Comprehensive knowledge of payroll systems

Attention to detail

Payroll Premier experience Business process improvement experience

Problem solving

Analytical skills

Excellent written skills

Additional admin Duties include;

Invoicing clients in MYOB

Please note that Australian Payroll experience is essential and hours required are based on 9-5 Sydney time with a maximum of 2 hour turnaround time to respond to email queries.

A trial period will be required prior to an extended engagement and a confidentiality agreement will need to be signed.
